David Bowes

Director / Technology Solutions

David was one of the original co-founders of shop4support in 2008, and oversaw its development from start-up until the business was acquired by PCG in early 2014 as part of PCG’s global expansion. Prior to co-founding shop4support in 2008, David trained as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and worked as a manger in Ernst & Young’s corporate restructuring practice before joining a high-growth supply chain consulting and eCommerce business which specialised in the public sector and acted as the inspiration to originally establishing shop4support as a joint venture with a leading UK charity. 

Caroline Exley

Finance Manager / PCG UK

Caroline is the Finance Manager for PCG in the UK.  Caroline is a Chartered Accountant, originally qualifying at PwC. After working within Corporate Finance for Tyco plc, and other finance roles, she set up her own accountancy practice for a while advising small businesses on all things finance related.  After a while out on her own, Caroline joined PCG in 2015 to help the business grow and develop.

Lasma Geide

Project Manager / Technology Solutions

Lasma is a Project Manager based out our Maidenhead office. Lasma has a wealth of experience working in the public sector overseeing government led contracts. She is a PRINCE2 practitioner and has successfully delivered on a variety of projects ranging from implementation of educational initiatives to developing technology solutions in education establishments.

Claire Hewitt

Director / Technology Solutions

Claire has 20 years experience in the delivery of web solutions in the public and private sector. Claire has a track record of managing complex projects, leading strategic accounts such as Public Health Engalnd, British Library, and NICE, along with dozens of other projects for various Central and Local Government organisations.

Currently Claire has direct responsibility for strategy, business development, marketing and account management for PCG UK. Claire works as part of the PCG management team to determine UK strategy and objectives, manage our highly skilled and enthusiastic team and deliver successful solutions to our clients.

Claire was one of the owners and co-founders of System Associates, and oversaw its development from start-up until the business was acquired by PCG in 2015 as part of PCG’s global expansion.

 

Tim Jefferson

Senior Project Manager / Technology Solutions

Tim is one of our senior project managers, working within local and central government and the NHS. Tim possesses significant experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, including the Triborough (Westminster City Council, Royal Borough of Kensington, and Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham), London Borough of Camden and Gloucestershire County Council.

Tim is Prince2 qualified with 10 years’ experience in the IT industry as a Project Manager, several of which were managing projects for Amazon UK. Tim has excellent working knowledge of Agile development methodology and has been responsible for rolling out Agile processes throughout the organisation.

Tim is also an avid fan of Christmas, with a very large Christmas jumper collection. December is always colourful when Tim is in the office. 

Kate Whalin

Product Manager / Technology Solutions

Kate has over seven years of experience of working solely within the social care sector.  During this time she has played an integral role in the development of the social care platform, alongside working with many local authorities and other stakeholders to develop local solutions to the challenges of the personalisation agenda, the SEND regulations and the Care Act.  Prior to that Kate worked for an SME where she managed and led a team of business analysts and quality assurance analysts.
