Born out of the acquisition of the Belvan Monitor platform in late 2014 by Public Consulting Group (PCG), PCG Healthcare Financial Solutions now offers an end-to-end patient level solution handling income and costing.
The PCG Monitor platform has been developed in direct response to the emerging requirements being led by NHS Improvement and can be used on a modular basis alongside other systems or can provide a fully integrated solution.

PCG Monitor is an all in one web-based system that handles all aspects of the costing process in one place without the need to combine several different systems into one package.
Our tried-and-tested model has been operational for more than eight years. It is proven in handling every aspect of the national tariff payment system while offering future proof flexibility to handle any local pricing, labelling and commissioning arrangements. With functionality to incorporate targets, devolve spell income to episodes, and match or allocate all other income, PCG Monitor provides the complete income solution.
Our team includes payment by results (PbR) experts who currently work with Monitor and have several decades of experience working in provider trusts.

Matt Bell (FCCA) is Head of PCG Healthcare Financial Solutions unit with over 20 years of experience in NHS finance and management accounting. To date, Matt has supported over 40 NHS Trusts/Health organisations in the UK, Australia and Republic of Ireland.
Agata Miskowiec - Senior Consultant
Agata Miskowiec has over ten years of experience as a management consultant within the public sector working in the UK, Belgium and Poland. Her areas of expertise are financial and capability analysis, business modelling, business case development, market analysis and decision-support.
Richard Morgan - Business Analyst
Richard Morgan is the Business Analyst for PCG HFS. With over 6 years of experience in the information technology sector; supporting both traditional IT infrastructure and niche applications with great knowledge of Web front-end with SQL back-end solutions.
