The COVID-19 Provider dashboard, allows Local Authorities and CCGs to monitor the status of local providers of domiciliary care, supported living, extra care services, and others. Using a simple Red Amber Green (RAG) status, LAs can quickly identify those providers who are struggling.
Rather than halt, or slow down, assessments during the pandemic, our Online Financial Assessment solution allows Local Authorities to continue to provide financial assessments, throughout the pandemic, with an easy-to-use online tool.
At a time where individuals are being rapidly discharged from hospitals and regular Personal Assistants may be self-isolating, our PA Finder tool helps individuals find new PA resources to provide care and support. The tool also encourages more people to become Personal Assistants.
