Launching soon... a new community wellbeing platform in York

PCG Technology Solutions (PCG) is working with York City Council, Age UK, Healthwatch and York CVS to develop a new community wellbeing platform.

The site, which is due to be launched in April 2018, is the result of extensive community consultation which highlighted the need for a ‘one-stop’ website to help people look after themselves, improve health and wellbeing and keep people safe and connected to their local community.

What our customers say:

"Connect to Support is a fantastic service that helps residents over the age of 18, and enables families like Amanda and Daisy to access care packages online."

Cllr Philip Corthorne, Cabinet Member for Social Services, Housing, Health and Wellbeing, Hillingdon

"PCG have transformed our web offering delivering a new CMS which achieved a key objective for BCC, enabling quicker and easier process for staff to publish information to the website. Which in turn has delivered our webpages to all devices from desktop to mobile and making sure local residents can get the information and transactions they need much more quickly and easily."

Jane Henstock, Buckinghamshire County Council

"PCG have worked closely with us developing a reporting suite tailored to our specific needs. They always try to find a way to make things work and are constantly improving on the systems. We have always found them to be helpful, responsive and knowledgeable."

Sam Blackwell, Management Accountant - Patient Safety & Supplies East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust

"Having worked with our partners and stakeholders to develop and refine our Local Offer, we then needed a partner that could not only deliver the technological solution but also understood our needs and aims. The PCG team have been responsive and dynamic, working to a very tight timescale and offering much more to us than 'just' a website."

Gavin Arnold, Project Officer, Children and Family Services, Hull City Council
